ACCOUNTABILITY and RESTORATION CONFERENCING (ARC)
We facilitate restorative justice processes for people who have caused felony harm and the people they have harmed. In these processes, we do 3 things:
Support the person harmed in processing the impact of the harm and identifying what they need for the greatest repair possible.
Support the person responsible for causing the harm in learning to account for it and take responsibility for repairing it.
Support both parties in their transformation such that the aftermath of the harm does not produce more harm.
Less that 5% of the people completing ARC are convicted of new crimes within 3 years.
